Job summary

Resthaven is seeking an enthusiastic Microsoft 365 Adoption & Productivity Lead to drive genuine usage of the M365 suite across the organisation. This role focuses on enablement, governance, and practical guidance rather than pure administration.

You will establish governance foundations, develop enablement frameworks, and later drive continuous improvement as the platform and organisation grow. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required in a permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving Microsoft 365 adoption and enabling business teams to use SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Planner effectively.
• Ability to translate governance standards into practical usage patterns for non-technical staff.
• Experience creating user-friendly guidance and targeted enablement sessions.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams to use SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Planner to genuinely improve day‑to‑day work.
• Establish and maintain M365 governance standards and adapt as the platform evolves.
• Advise on workspace/site structure, information architecture, naming conventions and content lifecycle.
• Create lightweight how-to guides and templates; collaborate with ICT Training Team on resources.
• Deliver targeted enablement sessions, tailoring content to audience needs.
• Gather feedback, identify patterns, and prioritise improvements using existing M365 features.
