Intrepid Travel is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer in Melbourne to lead a team and drive integration across mergers and acquisitions, aligning infrastructure with Intrepid's global technology environment. The role involves shaping strategy, standards and roadmaps, and collaborating with partners to connect newly acquired businesses.

The position is based in Melbourne with a hybrid arrangement (2 days from home).

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure activities across M&A and integration programmes.
• Management of enterprise infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security, identity management and vulnerability management.
• Experience developing roadmaps and integration strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Proven leadership of teams and third-party vendors in global projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure integration activities during mergers, acquisitions or divestments.
• Shape strategy, standards and roadmaps to support Intrepid's growth.
• Collaborate with Technology, business leaders and external partners.
• Guide teams to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Travel domestically and internationally as part of the role.
