Law Staff in Brisbane is seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer or Associate to join the national commercial practice. You will work on sophisticated private M&A, joint ventures, and capital raisings, alongside experienced Partners and senior practitioners from day one.

• 2–4 years’ PAE with corporate experience.
• Experience across private M&A, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals.
• Sound understanding of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and compliance.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and keen to develop practice.

Responsabilidades

• Work across a broad range of corporate matters including private M&A, JVs, and capital raisings.
• Assist with acquisitions and disposals from inception to completion.
• Contribute to corporate governance and compliance projects.
• Support due diligence and transaction management.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements and energy/resources transactions.
