Job summary

Experience with financial analysis and management reporting.
Strong understanding of budgets and KPIs.
Background in M&A and corporate development is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare regular financial and business performance reports for the head office in Japan.
Analyse financial results, budgets, forecasts, KPIs and business performance.
Prepare reports, presentations and financial analysis for senior management.
Work closely with management and portfolio companies to gather and analyse financial and operational information.
Conduct market, industry and competitor research.
Research and identify potential M&A and investment opportunities in Australia.
Assist with financial modelling and other analysis related to potential investments and acquisitions.
Support broader strategic, financial and business projects as required.
Liaise with stakeholders in both Australia and Japan.
