Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in financial analysis, management reporting or corporate planning.
Experience with financial statements, budgets and performance metrics.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Fluent Japanese and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Prepare regular financial and business performance reports for head office in Japan.
Analyse financial results, budgets, forecasts and KPIs.
Prepare reports, presentations and financial analyses for senior management.
Work with management and portfolio companies to gather and analyse information.
Conduct market, industry and competitor research.
Identify potential M&A and investment opportunities in Australia.
Assist with financial modelling and related analysis for investments and acquisitions.
Support broader strategic and business projects as required.
Liaise with stakeholders in Australia and Japan.
