333 Capital in Sydney is seeking a corporate advisory professional to support our senior team across all deal stages in a fast-paced M&A and capital raising environment. You will gain direct client exposure while contributing to high-quality financial analyses and client-focused outcomes.

You will analyse business models, conduct valuations and research, prepare sell-side documents, and manage deal execution while helping develop junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, valuation and research skills.
• Experience executing sale of private businesses and a familiarity with competitive sale process.
• Ability to undertake detailed financial modelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and take initiative whilst demonstrating team-oriented values.
• Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance related field.
