333 Capital in Melbourne is seeking an Analyst to join our growing corporate advisory team. You will work alongside a highly experienced senior team across all stages of the transaction lifecycle, gaining direct client exposure from day one.

You’ll contribute to financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, and the preparation of reports and sell-side materials while analysing business models and market trends to support senior decision making.

Qualifications

• Up to two years’ experience in investment banking, corporate advisory or related corporate finance field.
• Strong financial analysis, valuation and modelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative, team-oriented with initiative.
• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or related field.
