Jimmy Choo is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the David Jones Pacific Fair store on the Gold Coast. You will lead a high-performing team, elevate the luxury in-store experience, and drive sales growth through client relationships and premium service.

The role focuses on coaching staff, managing store presentation, CRM-driven clienteling, and delivering memorable VIP experiences in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in retail management (luxury experience highly regarded).
• Strong commercial awareness across retail operations, visual merchandising and sales strategy.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Confident with systems and retail reporting tools.
