Swarovski Australia Pty. is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager in Sydney to lead a passionate team and deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment.

You will act as a brand ambassador, creating memorable experiences that celebrate individuality and style. In this role you will recruit and coach staff, drive the monthly sales plan, nurture existing clients and build new relationships, and uphold the highest standards of presentation and service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience working in a multi-cultural retail environment.
• Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Digital proficiency, learning agility and growth mindset
• A winning personality to easily establish trustful relationships

Responsibilities

• Strive for excellence and go beyond in every customer interaction
• Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers
• Act as a role model, leading by example with passion and enthusiasm
• Support recruitment, coach and motivate the team to drive the business
