• 3+ years in a multi-cultural retail environment
• Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
• Proficient with digital tools relevant to retail
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and colleagues
