Job summary

GemLife is seeking a motivated Gardener to care for established gardens across our luxury resort environments. This hands-on role offers variety, autonomy and the satisfaction of presenting outdoor spaces at their best.

Working Monday to Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm, you will join a supportive team, with training and long-term opportunities. The role suits someone physically fit who takes pride in presentation and enjoys working outdoors.

Qualifications

• Previous gardening or groundskeeping experience.
• Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors.
• A keen eye for detail and pride in presentation.

Responsibilities

• Caring for established gardens and grounds.
• Assisting resort teams to keep outdoor areas immaculate, safe and inviting.
• Hedging, mowing, pool care & general upkeep.
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards.
