Randstad's client, a well-established builder delivering high-end residential developments, seeks a Project Coordinator to join their team on a high-profile, $20M beachfront project in the Northern Beaches.

This role provides exposure to both office-based commercial management and site-based engineering operations, with a focus on contracts administration, procurement, variations, progress claims, RFIs, and QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Construction Management or Civil Engineering with residential construction experience.
• Dual interest in developing skills across Contract Administration and Site Engineering.
• Based near the Northern Beaches to support local site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Contracts administration, trade procurement, variation management, progress claims, and RFIs.
• Site coordination, QA/QC, and adherence to structural quality assurance.
• Work alongside the Project Manager and Site Supervisor on a high-profile $20M beachfront project.
