The role requires rotating weekday shifts (early morning to late evening), handling deliveries, and adhering to health and safety guidelines while supporting the housekeeping team in a busy city hotel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Houseperson / Public Area attendant in 4-star or 5-star hotels and resorts
• The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury services
• Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturer’s instructions
• The ability to handle deliveries and heavy/lifting work
• Be able to work over a rotating roster including early morning and late evening
• Be able to work 3 - 4 shifts /week during weekdays
• Valid work right in Australia
