Job summary

Crystalbrook Byron is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Cleaner to uphold the highest cleaning standards in our 5-star resort. You will develop and manage a detailed kitchen cleaning schedule, ensuring strict food hygiene across all areas, and collaborate with our chefs and hotel teams to support seamless operations.

You will be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where attention to detail, reliability and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning kitchen premises to high standards.
• Ability to create and maintain a cleaning schedule for the kitchen.
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards.
• Effective communicator across hotel departments.
• Some experience assisting with deliveries and stock management.
• Able to work with ambitious chefs to support kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently clean kitchen premises and equipment to the highest standards.

• Keep access and traffic areas clean and sparkling.
