Crystalbrook Collection is recruiting for a hands-on kitchen steward/cleaner role in Newcastle. You will clean kitchen premises and equipment, maintain strict food hygiene standards, and ensure all areas are tidy and safe.

You’ll assist chefs, support purchasing with deliveries, and coordinate with all departments to keep operations running smoothly. Join a dynamic hospitality group focused on responsible luxury and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Efficient cleaning of kitchen premises and equipment to meet high standards.
• Maintaining food hygiene standards and correct chemical use.
• Ensure access and traffic areas are clear and sparkling.
• Handle and care for brand-new equipment.
• Collaborate with chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations before and after service.
• Assist Purchasing with deliveries and stock management.
• Communicate effectively with all hotel departments.
