Dracakis Jewellers is seeking a highly organised Stock Controller to manage inventory across our Brookvale stores and workshop. You will oversee stock movement, accuracy, and controls in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, liaising with suppliers, workshop staff and sales teams.

The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to stock management.

Qualifications

• Previous stock control, inventory management, or administration experience.
• Strong computer skills and experience with inventory management software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication skills.
• Experience within jewellery, luxury retail, or a high-value inventory environment will be highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across all stores.
• Process incoming stock, transfers, repairs, remakes, and special orders.
• Monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock movements between stores and workshops.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory audits.
• Maintain product information and pricing within inventory systems.
• Liaise with suppliers, workshop staff, and sales teams regarding stock requirements.
• Ensure all inventory procedures and controls are followed.
• Generate inventory and sales reports for management.
• Assist with EOFY stocktake and annual inventory reconciliation.
