Coco Republic is a premier design destination, inviting customers to experience luxury interiors at its Alexandria Flagship Showroom. The Sales Consultant role focuses on driving sales, building client relationships, and maximizing every opportunity in a high-value environment.

As part of a premium luxury retail setting, you will engage clients, close sales, and contribute to the team's success, with an emphasis on achieving individual targets and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Experience in luxury interior or premium furniture sales is advantageous.
• Able to build long-term client relationships and manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable with high-value merchandise and a fast-paced showroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales across revenue, AOV, conversion, and KPI targets.
• Proactively engage clients and convert enquiries into sales.
• Build and manage a robust client pipeline with follow-ups on quotes.
• Articulate product features, benefits, quality and value to clients.
• Develop product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations.
• Own performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Collaborate with the team to hit showroom targets and maintain a high-performance culture.
• Maintain accurate sales records and manage client relationships from consultation to aftercare.
