Job summary

Casa Blanco Sydney is seeking a Full-Time Showroom Sales Consultant for our Alexandria showroom. You will welcome clients, provide product knowledge, handle enquiries in person, by phone and email, and ensure a high-end client experience.

The role is 5 days per week with one weekend day required. Experience in sales or customer service, a passion for interiors and luxury retail, and a polished, proactive approach are essential to thrive in our showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, showroom or customer service.
• Experience in furniture, interiors, homewares or a luxury retail environment is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom clients.
• Provide detailed product information and styling advice.
• Manage customer enquiries in person, by phone and email.
• Process sales and follow up with clients.
• Maintain showroom presentation to a high standard.
• Build strong relationships with retail, trade and interior design clients.
• Support trade, designer and high‑value clients.
• Collaborate with the It Casa Blanco team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
