Coco Republic, a leading Australian premium furniture and design brand, seeks a driven Business Development Manager for its Alexandria Flagship Showroom. You will spend significant time on the road, meeting clients, opening doors and bringing new business into Coco Republic.

This full-time role includes one weekend day and a strong focus on building lasting client relationships and exceeding sales targets. Ideal candidates are natural networkers with a commercial mindset, excellent communication

Qualifications

• Must be a natural networker who builds relationships and generates opportunities.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded and comfortable working toward ambitious sales targets.
• Organised, proactive and owns pipeline and results.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities across the local market.
• Spend time on the road meeting prospective clients, building relationships and generating new leads.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with new and existing clients and partners.
• Actively network within the local business and design community to generate new opportunities.
• Represent Coco Republic brand, products and services in the market.
• Attend events and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
• Develop local strategies and partnerships to drive new business into the showroom.
• Convert leads and opportunities into sales, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Work with showroom and interior design teams to maximise opportunities and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain accurate client and prospect information within our CRM.
• Proactively identify new markets and partnerships aligned with Coco Republic.
