The William Inglis Hotel - MGallery South West Sydney is seeking a passionate Bartender to join 1867 Bar & Lounge, The Newmarket Room Restaurant and events. You will shake, stir and craft signature cocktails inspired by local stories, delivering exceptional guest experiences with creativity and warmth.

Bring strong cocktail knowledge, RSA certification and a customer-first mindset. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays in a premium hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or beverage experience in a restaurant, hotel or premium hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage preparation and service techniques.
• Passion for connecting with guests and sharing beverage knowledge.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Positive, team-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Current RSA certificate and Full Australian working rights.
