Job summary

Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, part of the Accor group, is seeking a polished, proactive Guest Experience Shift Leader to join our luxury hotel team in Melbourne's CBD. You will be the first and last contact for many guests, setting the tone with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating vehicle arrivals and valet, working with Front Office, Concierge and Guest Services, maintaining smooth flow during peak times, and handling requests with discretion.

Qualifications

• Polished and proactive personal style with hospitality focus.
• Previous experience in valet, concierge, front office or guest services.
• Comfort handling guest requests with discretion and care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and personalised service.
• Coordinate vehicle arrivals, departures and valet operations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge and Guest Services teams.
• Maintain a seamless flow during busy arrival/departure periods.
• Ensure guests feel valued and well looked after.
