JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is seeking an inspiring Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office operations across Reception, Concierge, Guest Services and At Your Service. You will champion anticipatory, personalized service and empower a diverse team to deliver extraordinary guest experiences at our luxury resort.

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will drive operational excellence, staff development and financial stewardship while maintaining Marriott standards and guest

Qualifications

• Proven Front Office management experience within a luxury hotel or premium resort.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Passion for guest recognition, personalization and memorable experiences.
• Sound commercial awareness, operational planning and financial understanding.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the guest experience through anticipatory, personalized service for all guests, including VIPs and Marriott Bonvoy members.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing Front Office leadership team; foster engagement and accountability.
• Oversee daily Front Office performance, optimise staffing and manage departmental expenses without compromising service.
• Champion upselling opportunities and seamless collaboration with Housekeeping, Reservations, Revenue Management and F&B to enhance guest experience.
