Job summary

InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office, Concierge, and Bell Services teams, driving guest experiences and service standards across the resort. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage budgets, forecasting, and revenue opportunities while coaching a high-performing team to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a senior Front Office leadership role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting and cost control experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and inspire teams to deliver service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office, Concierge, and Bell teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Drive guest satisfaction, service standards, and brand compliance across Front Office operations
• Oversee workforce planning, productivity, and labour management
• Manage financial performance including budgets, forecasting, revenue opportunities, and cost control
• Coach and mentor leaders to maximise engagement and development
• Use guest feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Rooms Division and resort leadership on strategic objectives
• Oversee VIP arrivals, guest recovery, and service initiatives
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
• Lead by example as a visible, approachable resort leader
