Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a premium or hatted restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of sequence of service and a la carte dining.
• Confidence in leading a team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Exceptional grooming and professional presentation.
• Nationally Recognised RSA Certificate (Essential).
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Essential).
• A passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise the front-of-house team across both hatted venues.
• Deliver refined, intuitive guest service aligned with luxury standards.
• Train and mentor team members in sequence of service and premium dining expectations.
• Support daily operational tasks including briefing, service coordination, and closing procedures.
• Assist with roster coordination and team performance management.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and health regulations.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain exceptional presentation standards across both restaurants.
