Job summary

Elysium Manly is seeking an Event Planner to manage conference, social events and weddings from contract through onsite delivery and post-event follow-up. You will build client relationships, prepare proposals, and coordinate every detail to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in hotels, hospitality or events.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Exceptional customer service and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with professional phone and email etiquette.
• Strong computer and administration skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet the needs of conference, social and wedding events from contract to onsite management and post-event follow-up.
• Build relationships with clients and guide them through the event planning journey.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, event orders and documentation to ensure clarity.
• Coordinate events from enquiry to completion with a seamless, well-organised experience.
• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients, internal teams and stakeholders.
• Manage post-event follow-up, feedback, invoicing and related administration.
