Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception or a similar customer-facing role.
• Professional presentation with a warm, approachable manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from arrival through to departure
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
• Coordinate customer appointments and assist with follow-up activities
• Support the Sales and Service teams with administrative tasks
• Maintain customer-facing areas to an impeccable standard
• Respond professionally to competing or urgent customer requests
• Follow company policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements
• Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team
