Job summary

Coach is seeking a Concession Manager for the Bondi Junction concession inside David Jones. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will own the concession’s performance, including team leadership, client engagement, visual merchandising, and commercial results, reporting to the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium fashion retail management.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales KPIs.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Experience managing concession, boutique or department store environments.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen with analytical skills.
• A customer-first mindset with personalised service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Drive sales performance and achieve KPI targets.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences reflecting the Coach brand.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling.
• Manage daily concession operations, including rostering and stock management.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently executed.
• Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise performance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, customer-focused culture.
• Collaborate with David Jones stakeholders and Coach teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
