As Head Barista at Tide Café Catering, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting our barista team in a fast-paced, high-volume café with a strong focus on quality coffee, great food and exceptional customer service. You'll deliver consistently excellent coffee, maintain coffee quality, consistency and presentation, and create a welcoming and positive experience for our customers.

• Reliable, organised and takes initiative
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Brings a positive attitude and works well within a team
• Previous experience in a Head Barista or senior barista position will be highly regarded
