Qualifications

• Experience in luxury beauty, wellness, hospitality or premium retail.
• Strong content creation skills and an eye for aesthetics.
• Confidence using Instagram, Canva and ideally Mailchimp.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience and manage daily reception duties
• Build client relationships through personalised follow-ups, rebooking and retention
• Create beautiful Instagram content, including Reels, Stories and photography
• Design and schedule Mailchimp newsletters and marketing campaigns
• Support product launches, events and local brand collaborations
• Work alongside the clinic team to ensure a seamless client journey
