Beacon Lighting is seeking a Product Specialist to join a leading luxury automotive brand. You’ll be a technically savvy, customer‑facing sales professional who becomes an expert across the brand’s vehicle range.

You’ll work in a high‑performing BDC, connecting with customers, creating sales opportunities and delivering premium experiences. Ideal candidates are in sales or customer service, with a passion for cars and technology, able to learn complex systems and communicate features clearly,

Formación

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Interest or passion for cars and automotive technology.
• Ability to learn complex systems and explain features clearly.
• Comfortable working toward targets in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Become a product expert across the brand’s vehicle range, confidently talking customers through models, features and technology.
• Engage with customers and understand their needs, preferences and buying journey.
• Generate and qualify high‑quality leads for the dealer network.
• Follow up with customers and dealers to maximise sales opportunities and conversion.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to progress customers through the sales journey.
• Capture customer information accurately and maintain up‑to‑date records in internal systems.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve the customer experience.
• Ensure all interactions comply with relevant Financial Services regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve BDC and sales targets.
• Assist with a range of enquiries and administrative tasks as required.
