Breitling Chadstone Boutique is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to support the Boutique Manager in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will lead a high-performing team on the shop floor, coach sales associates, and build lasting relationships with clients using CRM tools.

You will work closely with the boutique leadership to ensure visual standards, operational excellence, stock control, and daily operations.

Formación

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury or premium retail.
Previous supervisory or assistant management experience preferred.
Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

Support the Boutique Manager in driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Lead by example on the shop floor, acting as a visible presence and support for the team.
Foster a customer-centric culture aligned with Breitling’s global retail standards.
Deliver an exceptional Breitling client experience at all times.
Coach, motivate, and develop the team to achieve store KPIs.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships using CRM and clienteling tools.
Support visual merchandising, in-store events, and marketing initiatives.
Ensure operational excellence across front and back of house.
Assist with stock management, after-sales service, and boutique presentation.
Act as a key holder and support boutique security and daily operations.
