Montblanc Chadstone Boutique in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to drive exceptional client experiences and lead by example on the shop floor.

You will build a personal client portfolio, deliver strong sales performance, and uphold Montblanc's standards in grooming, presentation and service. The role offers a full-time, on-site position at a flagship location with opportunities for growth within luxury retail.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and proactively develop a personal portfolio of clients using Clienteling and CRM tools.
• Actively drive sales performance to achieve individual targets and Boutique objectives.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through Montblanc Retail Signature protocols.
• Identify sales and Clienteling opportunities, including events and VIP consultations.
• Drive new client acquisition and long-term client development through networking and activations.
• Maintain high standards of CRM data capture and client follow-up.
• Coach Sales Associates through day-to-day coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Support Boutique Manager in maintaining floor leadership during peak trade and events.
• Lead by example across sales performance, client experience and presentation.
