You will drive sales, manage staff, and uphold brand guidelines while collaborating with HQ on retail manuals and CRM initiatives, delivering service excellence for luxury clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury retail management.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to motivate a sales team.
• Strong CRM and luxury client experience understanding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy.
• Maximize profit while controlling & minimizing costs.
• Organize private viewing with potential VIPs in your region.
• Act as manager-on-duty when the boutique manager is absent.
• Ensure monthly staff programs are planned and communicated to boutique manager.
• Maintain boutique appearance and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Support CRM activities and VIP customer engagement.
