Job summary

Giorgio Armani – Collins Street boutique in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to drive performance and lead a high-performing team. You will own the customer experience on the floor, implement strategies to deliver sales targets, and develop talent across the store.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in luxury fashion retail, strong leadership, SAP and POS proficiency, superb presentation, and exceptional time management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a retail manager in luxury fashion.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team briefings and floor operations to drive performance.
• Coach managers in clienteling, after-care and CRM to grow loyalty.
• Own store admin: WHS, rostering and attendance processes.
• Foster a positive culture and develop talent from within.
• Analyse data to set sales targets and strategic actions.
• Grow client base and reactivate existing clientele.
• Lead VIP events and relationships, staying ahead of market trends.
