Job summary

Sephora Bondi is seeking a Supervisor (Senior Beauty Advisor) to lead a 20+ strong team in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. The role sits in a full-time, 6 month fixed-term program and reports to the Store Manager, driving client experience and commercial performance.

You will mentor, coach and develop the team, manage stock, visual merchandising, and be hands-on on the shop floor to inspire excellence and meet KPIs in line with Sephora standards under the LVMH group.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership experience with P&L and sales forecasting.
• Strong people management, training, stock control, and visual merchandising skills.
• Hands-on leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ beauty advisors to deliver premium client experiences.
• Drive a high-performance selling culture and exceed KPIs.
• Utilise reporting data to inform store decisions in collaboration with senior management.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with the wider management group.
• Oversee client experience and store operations in a fast-paced environment.
