Sephora Bondi is seeking a Supervisor (Senior Beauty Advisor) to join our management team on a full-time 6-month fixed-term basis. You will lead a 20+ beauty advisor team, drive a premium client experience, and ensure operational excellence in a high-volume, luxury retail setting.

As a pivotal leader, you will mentor staff, manage performance, and implement data-driven improvements across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness categories.

Qualifications

• Extensive retail management experience including profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20+ beauty advisors to deliver a premium client experience.
• Drive a high-performance selling culture and coaching for KPI achievement.
• Utilise reporting data to inform store decisions with senior management.
• Oversee client experience and store operations in a fast-paced premium environment.
