L’Oréal is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Luxe Outlet in Richmond on Bridge Road, Melbourne. You will co-lead daily boutique operations and customer experience, reporting to the Store Manager, on a Tuesday to Saturday roster with no late nights.

You will partner with the Store Manager on inventory, visual merchandising, and KPI tracking to drive daily sales targets while maintaining an elevated luxury service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capability in daily store management and stock logistics.
• Ability to coach and motivate team members to improve performance.
• Understanding of retail metrics and how to translate data into daily targets.
• Commitment to delivering luxury service and client care.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Store Manager to oversee daily boutique operations, inventory replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support, coach, and motivate the retail team to deliver tailored consumer consultations across our luxury brand portfolio.
• Track store KPIs, monitor inventory flow, and take proactive actions to achieve daily sales targets.
• Maintain seamless floor coverage and stock organisation during peak trade periods.
