Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a showroom, premium retail store or similar customer-facing sales environment.
• A confident and hands-on leader who can motivate a team, set the standard, and drive strong commercial performance.
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the confidence to build relationships and engage with clientele.
• An appreciation for luxury interiors, furniture, and design, with a strong eye for quality, presentation, and detail.
• Highly organised and commercially minded, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy showroom environment.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with the initiative to identify improvements and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small showroom team, setting clear expectations and creating a motivated, successful sales environment
• Build strong client relationships and support the team in delivering a polished, personalised experience for every customer
• Manage the showroom’s day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards across presentation, service and overall performance
• Work closely with clients and the wider team
• Monitor sales activity to identify opportunities to improve and drive continued growth
