Job summary

Autosports Group is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Estimator to join our team in Sydney. You will inspect vehicles, prepare accurate repair estimates, liaise with customers, insurers and the bodyshop, and maintain detailed records to support premium clientele.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop Estimator, preferably within luxury or prestige automotive brands.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair methods, materials, and manufacturer repair guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess vehicles for damage and repair requirements.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates in line with manufacturer standards.
• Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and the bodyshop team to coordinate repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of assessments and approvals.
• Advise the Bodyshop Manager on workflow and repair priorities; ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer procedures, and quality expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely updates throughout the repair process.
