Qualifications

• Diploma or Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage required.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pampering experiences: relaxation sessions, massages, facials, body therapies, pedicures, spa packages.
• Develop understanding of spa products and treatments.
• Provide exceptional guest service with professional charm.
• Maintain immaculate spa spaces and stock of linen and supplies.
• Handle appointments, payments, and admin tasks efficiently.
• Offer personalised home care recommendations and achieve retail targets.
