Job summary

Paradise Day Spas NQ, located at Peppers Beach Club and Spa in Palm Cove, Queensland, seeks a spa therapist to provide body massages and facials, including exfoliations and wraps. You will maintain high professionalism, offer home care advice, and contribute to retail targets.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Cert IV in Massage Therapy or Beauty Therapy, with experience in facials and various massage techniques.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Cert IV in Massage Therapy or Beauty Therapy required.
• Experience in facials, massages including deep tissue, aromatherapy and relaxation preferred.
• Vichy experience and Thalgo product knowledge are advantages.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation expected.
• Confidence with phone calls and booking systems advantageous.
• Vibrant, people‑oriented spa enthusiast able to work in a team or solo.

Job description

You will be working in a relaxed work setting in Tropical North Queensland. Busy spa environment with a mix of loyal local clientele as well as holidaymakers. You will ensure our clients leave the spa relaxed, refreshed and renewed by providing body massages, facials and beautiful exfoliations and wraps. Ensure the highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail are shown with all treatments conducted. Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming. We provide training and ongoing development initiatives to encourage and support your personal and professional growth.

About you

Vichy experience is an advantage

Experience of Thalgo products is an advantage

Impeccable grooming and presentation

Confidence in answering phone calls and booking systems is an advantage

Vibrant, people-oriented individual passionate about the spa industry

Able to work in a team environment as well as individually

Available to work 3-5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays
