• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in Luxury fashion.
• Experience analyzing retail KPIs and building strategy plans.
• CRM and clienteling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify improvements and drive outcomes.
• Support recruiting, training, and leading the team to optimise performance.
