Peter Alexander is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Robina store on the Gold Coast. You will support the Store Manager in delivering a magical customer experience, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming, well-organised store environment.

The role requires weekend, late-night trading hours and public holidays. You’ll train and develop staff, manage rosters, and contribute to strong visual merchandising while upholding Peter Alexander’s luxurious yet playful branding.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Passion for fashion and providing great customer service.
• Ability to support sales targets and KPIs and help your team achieve success.
• Visual merchandising experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a high stock volume business is a bonus.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
