Job summary

Origin Energy in Brisbane is seeking an Asset Delivery Manager to lead the LPG Operations & Field Services team at the Bulwer Island terminal. You will oversee terminal operations, site maintenance and imports, and lead a diverse team to deliver safe, compliant and efficient operations.

You will collaborate with Logistics, Engineering, Scheduling and Service & Installation to drive performance, cost efficiency and continuous improvement while prioritising safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Five+ years leading teams in a complex operational environment.
• Extensive terminal management experience in LPG/natural gas or petrochemicals.
• Strong safety, risk management and regulatory compliance experience, incl. Major Hazard Facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of terminal operators with a strong safety culture.
• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations, maintenance and imports.
• Drive cost efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement across the site.
