Job summary

Flybuys in Melbourne seeks an experienced Engineering Manager for the Loyalty Platform to drive technical delivery and team wellbeing. You will coach engineers and business analysts, champion a collaborative culture, and remove impediments to ensure predictable delivery aligned with strategy.

You will lead adoption of Agile/Lean practices, partner with Product to shape roadmaps, and contribute to a vibrant engineering community across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a development team.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Experience partnering with Product teams to influence roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow teams to deliver high-quality loyalty platform features.
• Coach engineers and business analysts to ownership and accountability.
• Drive delivery with clear OKRs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Institute Agile and Lean practices and improve development processes.
• Manage budgets, governance, and vendor relationships.
