Job summary

Amer Sports ANZ is seeking a Loss Prevention Lead to own inventory control, cycle counts and loss prevention across retail stores and e-commerce. You will partner with the Warehouse Manager and store leaders to protect stock integrity and drive corrective actions.

The role involves field work with significant travel, audits, and ongoing training of store teams in best practices. Hybrid work model offered in Melbourne, with interstate travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention stock control or shrinkage management within a multi-store retail environment.
• Experience in multi-brand or omnichannel retail with finance exposure is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to stores and warehouse and work out-of-hours for stocktakes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end inventory management including stock takes and accuracy.
• Maintain stock integrity and identify discrepancies.
• Support audits and respond to year-end audit requests.
• Identify shrinkage risks and implement controls in stores.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager to maintain stock integrity.
• Lead store audits and train teams on loss prevention practices.
• Oversee physical security controls for stores and warehouses.
• Analyse transaction data to detect unusual trends and risks.
