Job summary

Super Retail Group in Australia seeks a Senior Operations Leader for Property Maintenance Trades. You will drive the group loss strategy across 760+ stores and distribution centres, coaching leaders, leading investigations and strengthening accountability to improve loss performance nationwide.

You will collaborate with operational leaders to deliver security and loss-prevention solutions, build capability, and champion continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across large, geographically dispersed retail networks.
• Strong experience in loss prevention, investigations & asset protection.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends and drive practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to reduce shrink and improve stock accuracy, boosting profitability.
• Support stores and distribution centres to enhance inventory processes and control effectiveness.
• Oversee investigations into internal theft, fraud, and misconduct with professional handling.
• Partner with stores and security providers to strengthen site security and loss-prevention measures.
• Develop leadership capability through coaching, training and clear accountability frameworks.
• Lead pilots and initiatives that simplify processes and deliver sustainable profit-protection improvements.
