Job summary

Tennis Australia Limited is seeking a proactive Logistics Warehouse Assistant to support the Melbourne Open operations from our Altona North warehouse. The role involves handling, storing and delivering event assets with a focus on safety, accuracy and timely execution.

You will work closely with the Warehouse and Logistics teams during the busy lead-up to and during the Australian Open, bringing a hands-on approach to asset movement and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail.
• Able to work as part of a busy team and autonomously.
• Excellent customer service and communication across diverse backgrounds.
• Computer literacy with event/warehouse databases and Microsoft Office.
• Qualification/experience in related field.
• Minimum 1+ years' experience working in a warehouse.
• Willingness to obtain Construction Induction Card (or equivalent).
• Forklift license required.
• Minimum 1+ years' forklift operation experience.
• Current Victorian Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, storage and movement of event assets.
• Receive, prepare and deliver assets safely and on time.
• Operate forklift to move loads and stack items.
• Support warehouse operations during peak Australian Open period.
