Job summary

Amplifon in Melbourne is seeking a highly organized Logistics & Warehouse Operator to coordinate day-to-day inbound warehouse flow at our Keysborough location. You will sort inbound deliveries, pick and pack, and arrange freight collections via our platforms in a fast-paced team setting.

The role requires strong multitasking abilities, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and timely stock movements within a central warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field.
• Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle, JDE) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficient in shipping portals for booking collections & pickups.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, check and put away inbound stock accurately.
• Process stock receipts and movements accurately in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate physical and system stock levels and locations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including picking and packing.
• Arrange freight collections and deliveries with local and international freight providers.
• Liaise with freight providers regarding collections, deliveries and warehouse requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse at all times.
• Support stock checks, cycle counts and stock discrepancy investigations.
