Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a logistics professional to support and optimise end-to-end in-country supply chain, serving as the operational liaison for 3PL partners across the region. You will drive continuous process improvement, control transport costs relative to service levels, and ensure smooth shipments from pick to delivery.

Work with internal teams (Account Services, Orderbook, Sales Ops, Finance, Commercial) and external partners to implement SOPs, manage budgets, audit

Qualifications

• Proven 3PL partner management experience and ERP expertise (D365).
• Advanced budgeting, cost tracking and analytics abilities.
• Strong invoicing and financial control experience.
• Proficient in process optimisation and SOP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define seasonal outbound warehousing and transport capacity.
• Translate strategy into KPI targets for capacity planning.
• Lead projects to optimise network and cost savings.
• Maintain visibility over outbound shipments across channels.
• Perform RCA and CAPA with 3PL partners for deviations.
• Manage order prioritisation and carrier selection.
• Document standardised SOPs with distribution partners.
• Own the logistics transport budget.
• Audit 3PL invoices for contract & financial accuracy.
